Commission percentages vary according to the retail value of order or discounts/free books offered.
Only trained “Educational Consultants” are eligible to approach libraries & schools K-12, public or private, for any type of sales.
On home party sales, internet sales and direct sales to schools & libraries when
those sales add up to at least $750 net in a month’s time frame.
Book fair, RFTS and LFL programs are not eligible. Net sales = retail sales minus commissions.
On all personal recruits’ net sales when you have sold $350 net in that month.
Team Leaders receive 2% on personal recruits’ net sales and pay 2% of recruiting bonus for those in central group.
Promote to Team Leader to earn an additional
11% monthly cash override on your own net sales
AND all the consultants’ net sales who are in your central
group. PLUS, on all 1st, 2nd and 3rd level promoted out
groups in your downline, earn 7%, 5%, & 1% monthly
cash overrides respectively on group net sales.
Overrides for LFL, RFTS, Fundraisers, Book Fairs are 5.5%, 3.5%, 2.5%, and .5%.
