SAC Recommendation: SA Alley is presently assigned to NS-12 where she investigates International Terrorism cases. Over the past two years that SA Alley has been on the squad she has participated in numerous overseas TOY assignments. SA Alley has spent over 100 days in Pakistan since August 2000, and also accommodate several other TOY assignments. SA Alley is fluent in English, Arabic and French. She has received numerous compliments from not only Legats, but also, Ambassadors and Embassy officers. na ls er vi ce Over the past year, SA Alley responded to the U.S.S. Cole bombing. Her participation in this investigation was vital to the case. She not only acted as the consummate professional at all times, but was essential to liaison between the Yemen government and the FBI. On several occasions she was able to gain access for the FBI to crime scenes and evidentiary information due to her perseverance and dedication to the investigation. She volunteered to remain in Yemen for several weeks once the rest of the response team was evacuated in order to assist with additional investigation aspects.
