Guests - To maintain the wholesale integrity of DMC’s trade events, buyers should limit guests to one per buyer. There is a $50
show service fee for Total Home & Gift markets. Spouses are welcome and not subject to the guest fee.
Child Care - For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age and strollers are not allowed inside Dallas Market Center
buildings.
Carts - Carts larger than 22” x 14” x 9” are not allowed inside Dallas Market Center buildings. Please measure your cart before
arriving.

Dallas Market Center is a wholesale facility open to the qualified buyers only. To gain admittance, you must be affiliated with a
retail business (i.e. ownership, fulltime employee) reselling merchandise similar to what is represented in one of the Dallas Market
Center showrooms. To qualify for admission, each buyer must provide the following materials.
All businesses have 90 calendar days to qualify. May be subject to $150.00 application fee
We reserve the right to request additional documents if deemed necessary to qualify as a retail business.
COMMERCIAL BUSINESS (owns a storefront location)
All of the Below:
• Copy of state sales & use tax permit with appropriate SIC or NAICS codes
• Voided business check or copy of corporate credit card
• Copy of active lease or deed showing use of premises and signature page (if presented waive application fee)
• Personalized imprinted business card (valid for owners only)
• To add Buyers/Fulltime employees provide copy of cancelled payroll check or stub, or personal corporate credit card.
