PICKING UP EVENT TICKETS AND NAMETAGS

Your event tickets and nametags will be part of a conference information package that will
include the printed conference program and information about Calgary and area.

All registrants can pick up their information package at the Conference Desk at the Village Park
Inn on Thursday, 25 June between 1500 and 2130.

After 2130 Thursday, only Partner Program participants will be able to pick up their information
packages at the Village Park Inn Conference Desk.

For those attendees from Calgary or any Conference registrant who does not pick up their
package at the hotel on Thursday, conference information packages will be ready for pick up at
the Registration Desk outside Room KNB 132 on Friday (0700-1600) and Saturday (0730-0).
