the work you wish to show at ArtWalk. The file information must correspond
to the image sheet. For example: 3. Jane Doe, Sunset, 8x10, Oil, $575.These should be current works not
recently shown in Nelson or at a previous Nelson ArtWalk.The CD will be returned providing a self
addressed and stamped envelope is enclosed.
o Please include a high definition artist image, a max. 250-word biography and an artist's statement
relating to this body of work, (preferably PDF), with images of the works you wish to show during
ArtWalk.

o $35.00 APPLICATION FEE** (cheque/money order payable to the Nelson and District Arts Council

I have read thoroughly, and agree to abide by the ArtWalk guidelines. I understand that while every
precaution is taken to ensure the care and safety of all work exhibited during ArtWalk, the Nelson and
District Arts Council, its employees and volunteers, ArtWalk, and the exhibition premises owners and
staff cannot assume responsibility for loss, theft, and damage during the exhibition of said work.
