Online Booking Form
The cost of your program is based on the type of accommodations you request. A price breakdown is
included in this packet and will provide the cost for a single, double, triple and/or quad room. Please visit
our website for easy access to our STG Online Booking Form.

Once you have submitted the booking form, we will respond within 2 business days with an
invoice/confirmation. This will give you a complete itemization of your expenses. Please check this
carefully to make sure you have the right number of rooms.
Charter Bus Transportation
Charter buses will stage in Kearney and Omaha, for group transportation to Chicago. You will depart on
June 28 and return home on July 03. Specific details will be provided at a later date.
Nebraska Events
Sunday, June 28 – Your charter buses will shuttle you to Navy Pier for a couple of hours later in the
evening.
Monday, June 29 – Chicago River/Lake Cruise @ 10:00am for 90 minutes
Wednesday, July 01 – evening performance of The Blue Man Group
Payments and Deadlines
All housing forms MUST be submitted no later than April 30
All money is due to STG Travel no later than April 30.
NOTE: A school purchase order is accepted as a guarantee of payment. However, the actual money must
be received by the due date of May 11.

Signature Lake and River Tour - 90 Minutes

Departing from the Wendella Dock at the Wrigley Building, this 90-minute tour features a live

Chicago River and through the Chicago Lock out to Lake Michigan. This tour will entertain
