Digital Images: Digital files must not be more than 1920 x 1080 pixels, with a maximum horizontal
width of 1920 pixels and maximum vertical height of 1080 pixels. File should not be
greater than 5MB

Please also ensure that all prints are correctly labelled in the top left hand corner on the
reverse side of the print with member's number, print title and competition month.
Digital files must have the title and member's number in the file name and also the applicable
month, e.g. My Self Portrait-0099-March.jpg
Digital files can be forwarded by email by 12pm midday of the close-off date to
[email protected] delivered on disk attached to your entry form; the disk must be identified with
your member's number and month of entry.
