Curfew
The purpose of curfew laws is:
 To ensure the over all safety of minors.
 To protect the public from illegal acts of minors committed during the curfew hours.
 To protect minors from improper influences that prevail during the curfew hours,
including involvement with gangs and possible drug use.
 To protect minors from criminal activity that occurs during the curfew hours.
Fort Eustis Curfew Hours:
17 years old and younger 10PM weekdays (Sunday—Thursday) and 11PM Weekends
(Friday & Saturday)
Exceptions to Curfew:
 If accompanied by a PARENT there is no curfew.
 If returning from an Instillation Sponsored or School Event, curfew applies 30 minutes
after program has ended.
 Curfew does not apply when minors are legally employed and are traveling to and from
place of employment.

Ft Eustis PX from 1100 – 1300hrs
Inspections and the learning experience take approximately 30 minutes per
car seat. Please pre-install the seat(s) to the best of your ability. Bring your
child, car seat, car seat manual and the vehicle owner’s manuals, if possible.
If you can’t make these events, stop by the Ft Eustis Fire Station #1 (648
Washington Blvd) for a check (0800-1930hrs Daily)
