RISE Fellowship
New Sector’s RISE Fellowship provides early career
professionals with a robust professional development
experience that combines experiential learning, training,
mentoring, and personalized coaching and support. Through
New Sector’s program, Fellows expand their professional
skillset, maximize their impact in the social sector and
enhance their career pathways.

Fellows receive additional support through
peer-led Learning Teams, one-on-one
coaching from staff, and robust evaluations
that provide support and feedback.
