I am directed to convey that the competent authority afthis Department has approved the
Project proposal on Rice under NFSM during 2015-16 as submitted by
Directorate of Rice Development, Patna under Centrally Sponsored Scheme of National
Food Security Mission (NFSM) for the financial year 2015-16 with an total outlay of Rs. 4.50
Iakh (Rupees four lakh fifty thousand only). The component-wise budget approved is as under

2 The above project has been approved with the following conditions:
i.
DRD-Patna will give the details of National Level/State Level trainings to be organized along with
the schedule of training, officials of the states to be participated, lectures to be delivered and name of
the institute.

National Level & State level trainings as proposed by DRD~Patna are restricted for two days as per
cost norms ofNFSM -commercial crops operational guidelines.
The training organizing institute will submit the detailed report of the training organized.
The exposure visit for the extension functionaries and the progressive farmers are allowed as per
ATMA cost norms.
DRD-Patna will provide the details of the exposure visits to be organized along with place, purpose
of visit and duration of visit and submit the detailed report.
The publication of techhical literature, leaf lets, making of display material, poster/ banner on rice
may be consulted with' CRRI-Cuttack.·
The equipments like colour lazer printer, video camera are allowed.
