INTRODUCTION “Online Ordering” is a web-based easy-to-use software application that allows you to purchase professional printed products quickly and easily. All you need to do is register and login to the system. When you “log-in” you will be able to: • • • • • Browse online publications Preview PDFs Order the delivery of publications (by invoice or PayPal) Track jobs Archive completed jobs. The system is a cost-effective, efficient service that helps you get the information you need, when you need it. This booklet will give you a step by step guide on how to use our on line ordering system enabling you to start ordering corporate and health related publications. It provides a “one stop shop” solution for printing and delivery. The following pages provide a step-by-step guide to assist you in ordering your publications. 2. REGISTRATION 2.1 Registration 2.2 To start using the system open Internet Explorer and enter in the address bar resourceorders.nihrcrn.org.uk 2.3 You will need to create a new user account by clicking Sign up. 2.4 Fill in the fields as required 2.4 Fill in ALL the fields as below - you cannot proceed without the mandatory fields (*) 2.5 Click ‘submit’ to the right of the screen to proceed. Make sure you click ‘Submit’ to proceed 3 HOW TO BROWSE THE PRODUCTS 3.1 To gain entry to each publication section you can either, press the SELECT button or click one of the links on the left panel. Make sure you choose either the ‘Read More’ button or a link on the left panel 4 HOW TO SELECT AND VIEW A PUBLICATION 4.1 This next screen gives you further information on the publication you selected. Select your desired quantity and ‘Add to Cart’. 5 SHOPPING CART 5.1 Once the publication has been added to your Shopping Cart you can either: 1. Continue Shopping 2. Proceed to Checkout 1 2 6 VIEW YOUR SHOPPING CART 6.1 Once you have selected the items you require you can review your Shopping Cart: 1. The default minimum order for leaflets, flyers and booklets is 100 copies. For posters it is 10 copies. You can change this number by over typing it in this box, but the number MUST be between the minimum stated and 500 (maximum), anything below or above these boundaries cannot be processed further. 2. If you decide this is the wrong publication you can delete this from your cart. 3. If you are happy with the order click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. 1 2 3 7 CHECKOUT 7.1 At Checkout select your billing address or enter a new address before clicking ‘Continue’. Make sure you click here to proceed 8 SHIPPING METHOD 8.1 The next screen shows delivery and packing details. Please note that all orders take 7 Days (for urgent deliveries please contact Lisa Mitchell tel 0113 3433939). Click ‘Continue’ to proceed. Make sure you click here to proceed 9 PAYMENT INFORMATION 9.1 Select your method of payment: 1. PayPal (Sign up for a PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk) 2. Purchase Order (You MUST have your purchase order number ready by this stage to pay by this method). 3. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed 1 2 3 10 ORDER REVIEW 10.1 On this page ensure you are happy with your final order payin particular attention to quanitities and the price of publications. Once you are happy to finish your order, click ‘Place Order’.
