Instructions to the Landlord
In order to verify Landlords using NIH.Samslist.us for the purpose of advertising Rental Listings to
Federal Employees, we have reenacted the Landlord Verification. We get many telephone calls
regarding Verifying the Landlords before Potential Tenants contact Landlords.
The Fee Annual is $99.00 and provides assurance as to the validity of listings. We have banned some
Landlords from posting due to shady renting practices.
We know we have great landlords and in this Verification Program you will receive a Watermarked
Verified Landlord Badge for your Listing(s).
If you are registered with Montgomery County or Washington DC, please scan and email your
registration Number.
If you are not registered with Montgomery County or Washington DC please Scan and Fax a Current
Utility Bill or Valid Driver’s License.
