for landlords. Our free seminar will provide you with information on the future changes proposed
by the Scottish Government’s recent Consultation that might affect you, and what you need to
know about preparing for and managing your tenancies. It will feature presentations from a
number of industry experts covering topics specific to the Scottish rental market which will
include:

Maximising your income – how to best prepare for your tenancy
Protecting your position – clarification of your and your tenant’s obligations
Repossession – how to serve notices and raise a court action
Explaining the tax issues arising from your tenancy
Being prepared for significant changes which may impact the sector
