NMG Consulting is the leading multinational consultancy focusing solely on investments,

We work with financial institutions (insurers, reinsurers, fund managers and pension funds,
banks and brokers) to shape strategy, implement change and manage performance.
Within our Sydney-based graduate program, you will rotate across several practices over the
course of 2 years, to gain exposure to the different businesses and segments as well as to
senior talent within NMG. This will include undertaking projects within our Global Insights
practice – which conducts more than 100 studies every year, across every major financial
services market globally – and our Management Consulting practice, focusing on Asset and
Wealth management. You will obtain extensive market knowledge, along with experience in
project planning and execution across a variety of client engagements.

We look for people with strong analytical abilities, a demonstrated understanding of (and
interest in) our target markets, and the ambition to (re)shape the way our clients see the
industry and their businesses. We have a strong emphasis on technical expertise: most of our
consultants have graduate and professional qualifications in actuarial, finance, economics or
accountancy. Work experience in the sector is preferred.
