Position – Social Media and Marketing Intern
Do you live on online? Do you want to get "real world" experience in marketing and the practical
application of social media? Are you dreading a summer job working at a restaurant or in retail? If
this is your story, we are looking for you. At Incite, we want an awesome team member, not just a
resume… a personality more than just a set of skills. We are looking for a summer intern to work at
our small consulting firm to:

Advance and activate our social strategy
Post to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms
Monitor responses and maintain engagement
Monitor trends and social activity for relevant conversations
Email Contacts using our lead generation system
We MAY also need your help...

Blogging: We need to write regular content and we may need your help.
Website management: We use Wordpress - hopefully, you do too (not a deal breaker).
Write and update case studies and field success stories about projects we've worked on
Creating a Newsletter template.
We HOPE you...

Are familiar with existing trends in digital and social media (can teach us something?)
Have good writing and editorial capabilities (you can't publish something with a bunch of
errors... that just makes us look bad.)
Have great time management skills - its summer... and that means going to the beach and
parties and having a great time... so you need to be able to decide how to manage your time so
you can do all the fun things this summer and still do a great job for us.
Are responsible - we can't monitor you every second... and frankly, we don't want to... we
expect you can get a list of projects and get them done.
Are VERY responsible – no… seriously... that’s really important (For a lot of reasons, but you
can’t get drunk and tweet about Kim Kardashians butt or forget to come to work.)
