Inversions can have a profound effect on the body’s physical
and emotional health. Turning upside down is an invitation
to flip your perspective and learn to breathe when life flips
you upside down. So come release your fears, calm the
mind, strengthen your body all while elevating your mood.
You will leave feeling energized, balanced, empowered
and inspired to incorporate these fun variations in to your
practice. ALL levels and ALL students welcome!
We have a team of highly experienced teachers working
with us and as the only company with a full fleet of SUP
Yoga boards on the island, we are dedicated to providing
safe and fun classes to all levels of practitioners. We are the
only SUP Yoga certified teachers in Aruba and as SUP Yoga
pioneers we continue to offer trainings and workshops all
over the world for students and teachers to deepen their
knowledge about SUP and floating yoga.
Yoga is for everyone. A practice dating back thousands of
years, yoga is here to stay. In fact, it is one of the only
approaches that assists in keeping your body healthy,
strong, flexible, and vital while simultaneously providing
mental clarity and emotional wellbeing. Open to any level
of experience, The Yoga Studio combines ancient tradition
with innovation. Upbeat and progressive, all classes are
held in a hot or heated room. Offering a wide variety of
classes, you are certain to find one to suit your needs. If you
are present, breathing, and trying your best you’ll notice the
benefits immediately. Reaching beyond any limitation,
you’ll soon find rhythm, let go, and breathe.
Come change your perspective and learn how to safely
build your own inversion practice! In this two hour workshop we will be building the confidence and learning
the tools needed to safely incorporate inversions in to
your yoga practice. It’s time to conquer those fears of
flying and build the strength and confidence to discover
the benefits of floating, falling and most importantly
flying! We will laugh, sweat, play and most importantly
have fun all while learning new and challenging ways to
invert. We will be covering different arm balance variations as well as handstand, forearm stand and headstand options to spice up your practice. Inversions can
have a profound effect on the body’s physical and emotional health.
