The Nor-Gwyn Pool Commission and managers welcomes new and returning members to another safe
and pleasant summer season at Nor-Gwyn Pool. This year’s rates and structure are similar to last year.
You may register online with credit card payment or complete the pool registration form and mail to
Nor-Gwyn Pool, P.O. Box 1074, North Wales, PA 19454 (except categories indicated below which require
in person registration).

DEFINITIONS
Family – At minimum, one responsible adult
Individual - No children under 10 may join without an adult
Senior citizen - 65 and over
Twilight – Family or individual who elect to use the pool only during the evenings (after 5pm) and weekends. Eligible
for day passes all season.

Note: Pool hours are subject to weather conditions and may be changed at the discretion of the manager. The pool will be closed
during swim meets (see 2015 Calendar below) and special events; notice of closings will be posted at the pool and on the
website www.norgwynpool.com
Guest Policy & Fees
A sponsoring member must register all guests and they are required to wear a guest identifier at all times. The daily guest fee is $20.00
per day for a family and $7.00 per day for an individual. Prior arrangements must be made with the Manager for groups of 10 or more.
Refund Policy
**No Refunds will be given after May 23rd (Opening Day). If you wish to receive a refund before opening day, please submit your
request in writing to the pool commission. There will be a $50.00 fee for all refunds.**
How to Join
To register online, go to www.norgwynpool.com, locate the member logon button in the upper right hand corner
which takes you to the registration screens.
If you were a member last year, please logon with last year’s credentials. If you do not remember your password, please
select “Forgot your password” and an email will be sent with your credentials. Do not create a new logon. (If you do not
remember which email you used last year, please send a request to [email protected])
If you were not a member last year, please select “Click here to Register” and follow the instructions to create a member
profile.
For both previous members and new members, continue the registration process by updating all profile information,
including birth date, add appropriate membership type to your cart and process your transaction with credit card. (Note: a
small convenience charge will be added to all credit card registrations). Online registration is available only with credit
card payment and swim team registration will be in person only this year (see details below).
OR
Complete the application in full and send it with a check payable to the “Nor-Gwyn Pool Commission” for the
appropriate amount and mail to the address at the head of this notice (prior to May 10th). Online profile information will
need to be validated at the pool during regular operating hours.

Patrons may register at the pool during regular operating hours and validate online profile information.
ID Card Policy
ID cards will be needed each time you enter the pool complex. During your first visit to the pool this season, new cards
will be issued this year at no charge. The new cards have a bar code which will be scanned during each visit prior to pool
entry. This new ID card system requires all patrons to have a photo on file (which will display when scanned). To
expedite your first 2015 visit, please check if a current photo has already been uploaded to your registration account and
if not, you can have another photo taken at the pool or you can submit a photo (head shot) in advance to
[email protected] Submitting photos in advance will speed up first time visits to the pool. Replacement
cards (lost cards) will be issued at a $5 per card charge. *All patrons will be required to present their ID card for scanning
prior to pool entry during each visit.*
