Nominations are being sought for athletes wishing to be considered for the 2015 DADA (Develop a
Diamond Academy) Program. Athlete selections will be conducted in accordance with the Netball NT
Athlete Selection Policy. Nominating athletes are required to complete the following nomination
form and return it to Netball NT by the close of nominations late nominations will not be accepted.

4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All nominating athletes must fulfil the selection requirements identified in the Selection Requirements section
of Netball NT Selection policy. Nominations will only be accepted if you are aged 13- 16 years. Exemptions may
be granted under exceptional circumstances and will only be considered if applied for in writing using the
Application for Exemption Form.
Program Details
Darwin-Training will be once a week on Fridays from 4:00 - 5:30pm starting on the 22nd May 2015 through to
the 28th August (this will be your last training day) where you will receive time off until October 5th where
training will commence at twice a week the second day will be Mondays 4-5.30pm at MIS until 23 November.

Attendance at selections is mandatory for all nominating athletes. Exemptions may be granted under
exceptional circumstances and will only be considered if applied for in writing using the Netball NT Application
for Exemption.
