Nominations are being sought for athletes wishing to be considered for the 2015 Territory Storm
ANL Team. Athlete selections will be conducted in accordance with the Netball NT Athlete Selection
Policy. Nominating athletes are required to complete the following nomination form and return it to
Netball NT by the close of nominations late nominations will not be accepted.

4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All nominating athletes must fulfil the selection requirements identified in the Selection Requirements section
of Netball NT Selection policy. Nominations will only be accepted if you are aged 16 years and over.
Exemptions may be granted under exceptional circumstances and will only be considered if applied for in
writing using the Application for Exemption Form.
The dates for selection after receiving your nomination we will advise you of the selection dates.
The Australia Netball League will commence on 19th June 2015 and concludes with the finals on 26th July 2015.
Games will be held at various locations around Australia therefore athletes must be willing and able to travel
interstate as the draw requires. Parents, relatives and friends are encouraged to attend as many games as
possible however please note it is against Netball NT policy to use the same accommodation as the team.
Attendance at selections is mandatory for all nominating athletes. Exemptions may be granted under
exceptional circumstances and will only be considered if applied for in writing using the Netball NT Application
for Exemption.
