Show Sponsor must abide by all procedures and guidelines set forth by the NWAPA Winter Show Sponsor Handbook.
1st half of the show host fee is payable at the NWAPA December Show Sponsor meeting and the 2nd half is due the day of the contest. This fee
is nonrefundable
o $2000 for any type of show
Note the fee breakdown has changed for the 2016 season. The show sponsor is no longer responsible for any judge related fees/travel expenses. Please
read the Financial Obligation and Reconciliations section of the NWAPA Winter Show Sponsor Handbook for a full breakdown of all financial obligations.
The Show Sponsor Applicant is applying for a date on which to host a contest. NWAPA staff and Board of Directors will assign the type of event and
participants based on scheduling needs and venue suitability.
Bids will be considered on a first come first served basis.
