copy on CD at no charge.**

Photo Contest Rules and Information:
$2 printing fee for each photo that The Oasis has to print
1. Unlimited photos may be submitted. Each photo that you request the Oasis to print for
you will have a $2.00 printing fee (cash, check or credit card).
2. Participants are eligible to win only one prize per category.
3. Photographs must be taken from The OASIS Restaurant or feature the Oasis decks.
4. Submit 8x10 photos on photo paper – one hard copy without watermarks and a copy
of each photo on a CD to The OASIS Restaurant, Attn: Julie Garza, either by mail or hand
delivered to 6550 Comanche Trail, Austin, Texas 78732 or submit a CD for printing or
emails photos with entry form. Printing fee must accompany photo(s) if you are not
submitting a physical photograph. You may also digitally send your photo and entry
form to [email protected]. Please do not mount photos. (We request 300 dpi or
higher for all images)
5. Only physical photos that meet the 8x10 size and guidelines, will be accepted. (please
no 5x7)
6. Please do not print your name on the photo to help insure judging is fair and
anonymous.
7. If you enter a physical 8x10 photo there will be no charge. If you enter an electronic or
digital photo you will be charged $2.00 per photo for our printing fee.
8. Submitted photograph(s) become property of The OASIS Restaurant.
9. All entries will be displayed at The OASIS Restaurant from deadline date to Award
Ceremony to encourage your family and friends out to the restaurant to vote before the
Awards Ceremony. After deadline date – guests (the public) will be allowed to vote for
their favorite for People’s Choice Award.
10. Photographs must be submitted no later than 5:00pm CST on Tuesday, August 11th,
2015.
11. Winners will be judged by local celebrity judges and announced at the award ceremony
and party (which will include live music, TV and radio coverage) on Friday, September
11th, 2015. Photographer must be present to win. If you are absolutely unable to
attend the award ceremony arrangements will need to be made ahead of time with
Melody English ([email protected]).
