How to Change Your Yahoo or AT & T Email Password How to change your Yahoo email password Login to your Yahoo account using your current password. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen. A menu similar to the one shown below will appear. Click on Account Info. Reenter your current password when prompted. How to change your AT & T email password If your email address ends in @sbcglobal.net or @att.net you have an AT &T email address. AT &T actually uses Yahoo for their email services. Login to your AT &T email account at att.yahoo.com using your current password. Click Hi, please sign In, in the upper right corner of the screen. Once logged in, click on the envelope icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen. A menu similar to the one shown below will appear. Click on Account Info. Reenter your current password when prompted. Click on Manage passwords and account security in the Sign-In and Security section of the page. A page similar to the one below will appear. Select the appropriate account type, most likely All Personal Internet or Email Accounts and click Continue. Reenter your email address and current password. Once logged in, click on Change password in the My Email section on the right side of the screen. Enter your current password and new password in the Change Password section. The requirements for a new password are: Click the Save Changes button after entering your old and new password. You will see a confirmation similar to the one below if the password change completed successfully. Click Continue to return to the user profile screen. Click the Log Out button in the upper right corner of the screen.
