This 3 day festival is jam packed from the Fishing
Tournament to BBQ Contest and don’t forget arts
& craft vendors and live music. There is plenty to
do for the whole family! This festival draws over
20,000 people and is well established.

GENERAL INFORMATION
• Entry Fee is $250
• Arrival time may begin Wednesday, June 17th between
9 am - 7 pm and will continue on Thursday, June 18th
between 9am - 3pm. Friday load in will be from 9am - 3pm.
• Once you check in, you will be advised concerning your
meat inspection.
• RV’s and Campers accepted - must fit in your area.
• Departures may begin after the awards ceremony for some.
Limited departures available for Saturday. The festival
will be open - you must get permission and an escort to
properly depart prior to festival closing. All teams must be
done before 3pm on Sunday.
• Application and Entry Fees are non-refundable after
June 5th, 2015.
• Please bring at least 100 feet of extension cord and water
hose. Extension cords must be 12 gauge.
• Generators provide up to 50 amps/110 volt or 30 amps/220
volt. *Please confirm power usage with the BBQ Team
coordinator.
• Beer will be for sale on the grounds. All beverages must be
consumed from a plastic cup. Coolers must be kept out of
site of general public.
• NO open containers can leave the Madeira Beach
recreation park area.
• The OSFF & Cox Media retain the right to all beverage sales.
• Quiet time will be from 11pm - 6am.
• Ice will be available for $5 a 20 lb. bag
• Meats and products needed will be available to purchase
and deliver to sites. More info coming on this. Please contact
the BBQ Team coordinator if you are interested in this.
• There are NO PETS allowed.
• Local fire regulations state that there must be at least one
fire extinguisher every 75 feet that has been inspected
within the past six months.
• Please provide your own fire extinguisher.
• All vehicles must be removed from the event field after set
up time.
• All teams serving food to the public may be subject to
inspection by the Health Dept. Florida Department of
Agriculture.
