Let Jelayna Da Silva guide you through an energizing flow of postures, creatively sequenced to warm up the body with methodical movement, engage your mind with metaphors and fill your heart with compassion. Expect a graceful, steady pace of poses synchronized with breath meant to challenge you physically and focus you mentally. With a keen emphasis on alignment and strength, get ready to explore your boundaries while still respecting your limitations. Grab your mat, a water bottle and a smile, it’s time to breath in summer and exhale winter. 10:10 ­ 10:50 THE YOGA SANCTUARY Instructors: Cynthia Funk & Orlando Batista Hatha Flow: Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well­being to the practitioner. Traditional hatha yoga is a holistic yogic path including: postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), and meditation. You’ll feel revitalized and energized from this yoga sequence for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. 12:50 ­ 1:20 LUNCH BREAK 1:20 ­ 2:00 I AM YOGA: Instructor: Lisa Kitteringham Iam Yoga's Core Flow class is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. Influenced by Pilates philosophy the class incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular output and physical and mental stamina in one session. This class only focuses on core strengthening that does not compromise neck or back stability. Regular attendance will strengthen core and improve posture, digestion and balance. 2:20 ­ 3:00 MOKSHA YOGA Instructor: Megan Hoskins Moksha means FREEDOM. And that’s how it all started. Looking for freedom. From stiff muscles or self­judgment or extra weight or an unhealthy addiction to Instagram. This yoga class is a dynamic system of postures and breathing exercises specifically designed improve mobility of the spine and chill out the nervous system. The Moksha series is a cardiovascular workout that relaxes, strengthens and tones the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. Caution: You'll get your sweat on!. (Suitable for all levels) 3:20 ­ 4:00 SPYNGA Instructor: Sari Nisker­Fox VINYASA JAM With free flowing reggae music in the background, students will experience a lively flow to awaken the soul! Journey through postures at a steady pace and deepen your awareness of breath and movement with a focus on your body’s alignment in poses. Increase strength, flexibility and vibrancy. Come ready to jam + groove with your mind + body! 4:20 ­ 5:00 SOGHRATI YOGA Instructor: Tracey Soghrati Yin­Yang Yoga The class will open with simple vinyasa yoga that is creatively sequenced to create stability, openness and integration. Students will breathe in time with a live drummer, gradually moving into a deeper state of calm and steadiness. The second half of the class will move into long held yin postures – deep stretching in the body, profound for the mind. We will reflect on happiness and meditate on how we can feel more alive. We will culminate in Savasana – the ultimate act of letting go.
