For Immediate Release – Monday, May 18, 2015
On May 15, 2015, the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, along with members of the Rhinelander Police Department,
the Northcentral Drug Enforcement Group (NORDEG), and the Wisconsin Department of Justice continued an
investigation involving the use, manufacture, and delivery of controlled substances, specifically methamphetamine.
Events surrounding this investigation led to the execution of a State Search Warrant in the City of Rhinelander and
to the arrest of two (2) individuals. Arrested were Andrea Healy, 47 of Rhinelander and Richard Nitschke, 48 of
Rhinelander. They will appear in court on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 1:15 PM.
These arrests are part of an ongoing controlled substance investigation by the Northcentral Drug Enforcement Group
(NORDEG) Taskforce. Participating agencies in this investigation included the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, the
Rhinelander Police Department, the Wisconsin Department of Justice, and the Oneida County District Attorney's
Office.
