ONSET BLUES FESTIVAL www.onsetbluesfestival.com Onset, MA 02558 Dear Potential Vendor, The Onset Bay Association is pleased to announce that the 23nd Annual Onset Blues Festival is scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2015. If you are interested in participating as a Vendor in this year’s event, please fill out the attached application, and return it together with your payment. Please make your checks payable to Onset Bay Association Inc. Mail to: ONSET BAY ASSOCIATION INC. P.O. Box 1202 ONSET, MA 02558 Attn: Blues Committee • All spaces are 20’ wide x 10’ deep. They are identified on the attached map as 1 through 49 (general merchandise vendors) and F1 through F8 (Food court vendors.) Any vendor requiring more than one space must so indicate with their application. All spaces are $125.00 each. • Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, upon receipt of application and payment. No spaces are reserved from year to year. Applications are due by July 15, 2014. If you miss this deadline, please contact us through the contact form online at www.onsetbluefestival.com • Spaces must be set-up between & 7:00 am & 9:00 AM (please no earlier than 7:00) on day of event. We reserve the right to fill any empty spaces after 9:00 AM. In the event you arrive after 9:00 AM, and your space has been reassigned, we will make a reasonable attempt to provide another space for you. Your fee will not be refunded. • Tents or canopies must be secured with stakes or other means. Rear backdrop displays on vendor booths are strongly encouraged. • The Town street parking restrictions will be in force. Parking for vendors will be provided off-site at the Temple Parking Lot on Union Avenue. • Materials that (in the OBA’s opinion) are offensive (i.e., inappropriate language on clothing, etc.) shall not be displayed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in vendor being asked to leave the Event. • All food vendors must provide the OBA with a copy of their ServSafe Certification in order to participate in the event. Call the Board of Health Office at 508-291-3100 x3197 • The OBA will be the exclusive vendor for Water & Soda inside the fence. • Vendors are responsible for clean-up of their booth space after event.
