25th Anniversary Conference

OPTA 25th Anniversary Conference: It’s time to celebrate and educate!
Toronto, ON – April 10, 2015 – In 2015, the OPTA Executive and Membership celebrate a quarter
century of learning, networking and collaboration! The organization will mark this milestone occasion
with the OPTA 25th Anniversary Conference on Tuesday, April 28 at the Mattamy Athletic Centre
(formerly Maple Leaf Gardens), located in downtown Toronto.
The agenda will include a special luncheon commemorating OPTA’s founding, Past Presidents and 25
years of memories.
The day will also be chock-full of informative presentations and discussions by a knowledgeable and
diverse speaker lineup, including: keynote speaker Sunjay Nath; a presentation by Google Inc.’s Jon
Bromstein; a panel discussion on patron retention by Tiffeni Wilkinson (Ontario Science Centre), John
Karastamatis (Mirvish Productions) and Abby Cooper (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment), moderated
by Bruce Morrison of Ticketfly; as well as a presentation by AudienceView Ticketing’s Maureen
Andersen entitled She-conomy! Are we marketing to women!
This event is free for OPTA members and $60 for guests. A $40 Early Bird Guest Rate is available for
