CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
If a single class is cancelled due to inclement
weather or unforeseen circumstances, the class
will not be rescheduled.
If more than one class is cancelled, rescheduling
will be arranged.
PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
 One on one instruction
 1/2 hour length
 Lesson appointments are set up by student
and instructor
 Payment must be made when appointment is
set up

2015 Summer 4-Week Sessions
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
PARENT/CHILD:
Child must be accompanied by an adult during
class.
20% off for each additional
child for YMCA members.
PRESCHOOL:
Aquatic director may grant approval for a child
under age three to register for these classes.
 Non-members May 19-27
At least 3 children must be signed up in a level
for the lesson to be held. Special consideration
may be made.
CLASS SCHEDULE
Parent/Child
 Eel - Ages 3-5 beginning level
Shrimp and Perch, once a week
 Starfish - Ages 3-5 advanced preschool
swimmer. Must be able to swim without a belt
or flippers.
PROGRESSIVE:
 Polliwog– 6 years and up beginning strokes
(front and back float, front and back crawl)

Tuesday
11:10 - 11:40 am
 Fish Flying Fish, Shark– proficiency in
Minnow techniques, butterfly, learning flip
turns, lap endurance, perfecting strokes,
survival float and treading endurance
REGISTRATION
All registrations after the cut off date must be
approved and will be subject to a $5 late
registration fee.
