Osborne Village Canada Day Street Festival
The annual Canada Day Street Festival (CDSF) in Osborne Village, is Winnipeg’s largest and longest-running street
festival. Each year, well over 70,000 people visit the Osborne Village for the celebration of our nation’s birthday.
Produced by the Osborne Village Business Improvement Zone and the Village businesses, Canada's 148th birthday
will be brought in celebrating our Nation's multi-culturalism.
The creatively orchestrated event program features something for everyone and offers functional delivery and
scalable sponsorship objectives.
Food Vendor Details
The food vendors will be located in the two new Food Alleys for the 2015 celebration. The two Food Alleys will be in
the Stradbrook Avenue and Osborne Street parking lot and at the Osborne Street and Wardlaw Avenue
intersection. Limited spaces available.
Food Vendor Fee:
$500.00 cart
$800.00 truck
Additional Services:
Table & Chairs: A set of Table(1) and chairs(4) may be booked for a charge of $50.
Electrical: There is no electrical available. If you choose to bring a generator please ensure that it is low range so to
not to interfere with the live shows. *All vendors are required to pay a refundable clean-up deposit fee of $100.00
Event Times:
Tuesday, June 30th : 6:30 pm-11:00 pm
Wednesday, July 1st-11:00 am-11:00 pm
Load-in/out:
Exhibitors can unload/load-in at the Vendor Check-in area, location to be determined at a later date.
Set-up and Tear down:
Vendor set-up begins following the street closure practices on, June 30th at 6:30 pm (times are approximate based
on street closure times) and Wednesday July 1st 8:00 am-10:30 am Set-up must be complete by 10:30 am.
Tear down will begin July 1st at 8:00 pm. All booths must be removed from the Artisan area by 12:00 am.
Security:
Osborne Village BIZ will have security on-site for the entire Celebration grounds. However, you are responsible for
your own products and other valuables at your booth space.

Fees: Applications are due May 15, 2015. If application is approved, an invoice for full amount (deposit)
and a vendor contract will be issued. Refundable clean-up deposit are due by June 2, 2015.

The Food Vendor agrees that the Osborne Village Business Improvement Zone (BIZ) and
its employees, volunteers, contractors accept no responsibility for damage, theft or any
loss to displays, materials or personal property.
