Organization Mandate
Independently owned and operated, Acclaim Ability
Management’s foundation, mission, vision and goals are based
on a philosophy of early intervention, ability management, and
integration of services. At Acclaim we work with employers,
insurance companies, government programs and other
organizations to assist people with injuries, illnesses, and
disabilities improve their quality of life and return to work in a
timely, healthy manner.

Ontario Employment Assistance Services (EAS): Acclaim Ability Management is one of
the service providers who administers the EAS program on behalf of Employment
Ontario. This program helps Ontarians find sustainable employment.

Services include:
• Employment needs assessment and disability-related accommodations in the
workplace
• Developing an “Employability” action plan
• Job search training skills, resume development, interviewing skills, self-marketing
techniques
• Communication, Health and Wellness, and Life Skills Workshops
• Dissemination of labour market information, rights and responsibilities, disclosure
• Employment counselling and mentorship, including one-on-one support, group
settings (both on and off site) and virtual participation
• Case management, referral to supplementary employment support and job
development
