In-TAC - The International Talent Acquisition Centre, (In-TAC), is an initiative of the OCCSC with a
national presence and international reach. It matches international talent with local businesses, helping
small and medium-size businesses fill their expertise gaps and help internationally educated professionals
(IEPs) find jobs in their field of expertise more quickly.

Navigating the Canadian IT Workplace Program (NaviCanIT) - A 12-week bridge-to-work program with
co-op for internationally educated ICT professionals that prepares them for the Canadian workplace and
provides them with professional exposure opportunities.

Navigating the Canadian Workplace Program for Accounting Professionals (NaviCanAccounting) A 12-week training and a professional practicum equips IEPs with Canadian accounting software skills and
taxations basics, exposes them to Canadian workplace culture, business practices and ethics, and
improves communication skills and understanding of the local labour market.

MAPLE 2.0 – Mentorship in Action Program - A national program that brings together employers with
IEPs through mentorship placements. It creates employment opportunities for new immigrants and helps
employers enhance their intercultural understanding.

In-TAC Mentorship Program For IT & Accounting Professionals - Trains both mentors and protégés
simultaneously for five consecutive Wednesdays. Focuses on development of mentoring skills, strategic
job search techniques, cultural competency, professional development, leadership and community
building. Eligibility Criteria: All protégé candidates must complete either the NaviCanIT or
NaviCanAccounting training programs with an excellent attendance rate.

Job Search Workshops - A four-day series of intensive workshops focusing on labour markets in IT and
Finance, consist of two modules that feature: Local IT and Finance job market analysis, Resume and cover
letter writing, Interview skills and practice, and Individual counseling.

Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) - LINC classes offer English instructions to
newcomer learners, based on the LINC curriculum that encompasses a wide range of topics.
Eligibility Criteria: Adults(18 years and older), permanent residents and convention refugees. Anyone
wishing to join a LINC class must first undergo a language assessment at LARC.
