Our annual Spring Bash is scheduled for Saturday April 25, 2015 and our 9th Annual Walk to a
Brighter Future walkathon will be on Friday June 5. These are two of the most important fundraisers
that the Home School Assocation (HSA) plans each year to help meet the net fundraising goal that is
included in our school’s budget.
We must raise a net of $100,000 annually to meet our budgeted
obligation. If we don’t meet this goal, our school may end the
year in a deficit position, which could result in greater tuition
increases in future years. Together these two events account for
40% of this goal.
In these difficult economic times, we recognize that many families and
businesses must reduce spending. For the same reason our fundraising
efforts are even more critical to our school. While we continue to solicit neighborhood
vendors, we are also reaching out to our school families for additional support. School Families, as
well as our local business sponsors, receive many benefits for their generosity. The various levels of
sponsorship and related benefits available for these two events are described below.
Other donated items are also welcome for raffle prizes, such as gift cards, event tickets (Yankees or
Mets), or small electronic items. If you are interested in donating items for raffle prizes, please indicate
below. Please note that items donated for raffle prizes must be new and in the original packaging.
