Thank you for your interest in the 2015 Double Bayou Bash. We look forward to your participation!
Once your application has been received, paid for and approved, we will reserve a 10 x 10 space, and you will
need to provide your own tent, tables, and chairs. We will also need your exact electrical requirements as our
electricity is limited.
Details for that day are as follows: you must be set up and running no later than 2:45PM. (or you will not be
allowed to set up and no refunds will be given in this instance) on Saturday July 4th, 2015.

After your application has been processed, you will receive additional information by email. All applications are
processed on a first come first serve basis. All food vendors will have the right to exclusivity in his/her category.
I also agree to greet and provide professional service to all prospective customers and Double Bayou Bash guest. As
an exhibitor or vendor, I agree to work with Double Bayou Bash volunteers and staff in a positive manner.
Exhibitors/Vendors who choose to exhibit an unprofessional code of conduct will be asked to leave the festival. By
signing I agree to the Vendor Rules set forth in the prospectus.
