FINAL Grad Bash Information!!
Friday, April 24th
**If you must take a prescription medicine while at Grad Bash, you must see Ms. Goldstein immediately
in room 204!
*Please park in your regular spot on April 24th; there will be a police officer patrolling the parking lot all
night. If you do not drive to school, please make arrangements to be picked up in front of the school on
Saturday, April 25th at 6:30am.
*Please do not bring backpacks to school (or on the trip). Small purses are okay (please see back of this
paper). Be sure to come dressed for Grad Bash. We will not give you time to change.
*You must attend school ALL DAY. No late sign-ins allowed!! (If you do, you may lose your ticket).
*You will report to the auditorium INSTEAD of going to 4th hour (immediately after 3rd hour). You
MUST use the restroom before you enter the auditorium. You will not be able to use the restroom
once we begin the security process.
*When you enter the auditorium, please sit with your bus. Be sure to check the list on the trophy case in
the cafeteria or outside of room 204.
*You will need your student ID and must be dressed properly!
*The following items will be confiscated during the inspection: gum, candy, food, drinks, deodorant,
saline drops/ eye contact solution (4 oz. or smaller is okay), anti-bacterial hand soap (4 oz. or smaller is
okay), perfume, cologne, lotion, and prescription and over-the-counter medicines (unless previously
discussed with Ms. Goldstein). These items will NOT be returned. If you are not sure about
something, do not bring it!
*Digital cameras, cell phones, and iPods are ok.
*Be sure to bring a sweater or jacket for the bus. Do not bring food, drinks, blankets, or pillows.
*Drug dogs as well as school personnel will be conducting the security check in the auditorium. You will
also undergo a “friendly frisk” when we enter the park.
*Before you exit the bus for Grad Bash, you will receive your ticket (which is for the Pre-Party as well as
the actual event) and a wristband. The wristband will determine where you exit the park at the end of the
night.
*The buses are leaving Grad Bash at 2:15am. If you are not back by this time, you may be charged the
$85 overtime fee for all 3 buses. . . .this is not a joke! Plan to leave the park at about 1:45am so that you
