Annual Fundraiser, presented by MediSystem Pharmacy Limited, a unique and highly successful event that wowed our city and raised an impressive $50,000 in support of palliative care and non-profit long-term care homes in our community. This event was a big hit, with 300 guests enjoying the reception and dinner followed by five (5) fun-filled, and sometimes quite intense, bingo games. “What a wonderful, fun evening for two great charities!” The second edition of the Black Tie Bingo! Annual Fundraiser will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Ottawa Conference and Event Centre. This year’s event promises to be bigger and better than the first! Guests will gather for a reception and a sumptuous dinner followed by seven (7) action-packed bingo games - two more than last year. They will have the opportunity to win some spectacular prizes. “Who thought BINGO could be so much fun!” This is a great opportunity to enjoy a really fun evening where everyone is playing bingo and has a chance to win spectacular prizes, all the while supporting two very important causes in our community. Making a difference in our community The Eldercare Foundation of Ottawa (www.eldercarefoundaiton.ca) and the OutCare Foundation (www.outcarefoundation.org) have joined forces to improve the quality of life of the residents in long-term care and for individuals who need palliative care. Proceeds from the Black Tie Bingo! Annual Fundraiser will help ensure that people are comfortable, well taken care of, and treated with dignity in their remaining years. Together, our foundations make an important difference in palliative care and long-term care support and services available – for those who need it most. Presenting Sponsor: $15,000 (only one opportunity available) The Presenting Sponsor will receive the most significant exposure and recognition of all the sponsors associated with this event. You will have exclusivity at this sponsorship level. Your organization will be the only Presenting Sponsor for this popular event. A representative from your organization will have the opportunity to deliver an address to the 400 guests expected at this year’s event. Your representative will also enjoy the privilege of participating in the bingo games as a bingo ball caller. A table of 10, prominently located at the front of the stage, will be reserved for your organization. Your guests will enjoy dinner followed by seven (7) exciting bingo games. A package of 60 bingo cards will be provided at the event for the first six (6) games. Please note the premium game cards will only be available for sale at the event. You will receive premium logo placement as the Presenting Sponsor on all promotional material and event collateral including the letterhead, the invitations, all event signage (including the highly popular Step and Repeat photo session during the reception), the event slide show and program. Depending on the market value of the donated prize (minimum prize market value of $100), the Silent Auction Prize Sponsor will receive a combination of event exposure and recognition such as representation on event collateral, including select event signage, slide show, programs, event web page and other event communications. * The Organizing Committee reserves the right to package silent auction prizes together with the goal of improving bidding results.
