Key Responsibilities

Deliver client deliverables on time

Consult with the customer to understand the
root causes they are looking to fix and
understand how these can be solved through
training

Review and simplify client content in order to
maximize learning retention

Create new intellectual property based on
client’s needs

Develop classroom materials and detailed
facilitator’s guides

Design simple to complex classroom or virtual
training designs for large organizations

Facilitate client envisioning workshops to help
flesh out training roadmaps and strategy
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree

Demonstrate experience in working with small
and large teams spread internationally
Relationships

5+ years consulting experience

External: Become trusted advisor for clients

Internal: Desire to be an engaged and
collaborative member of a small, growing and
fun team which is creating its future
