Seattle, WA Full Time NEED TO DO NEED TO KNOW/HAVE Key Responsibilities Deliver client deliverables on time Consult with the customer to understand the root causes they are looking to fix and understand how these can be solved through training Review and simplify client content in order to maximize learning retention Create new intellectual property based on client’s needs Develop classroom materials and detailed facilitator’s guides Design simple to complex classroom or virtual training designs for large organizations Facilitate client envisioning workshops to help flesh out training roadmaps and strategy Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree Demonstrate experience in working with small and large teams spread internationally Relationships 5+ years consulting experience External: Become trusted advisor for clients Internal: Desire to be an engaged and collaborative member of a small, growing and fun team which is creating its future Key Performance Indicators Client satisfaction Positive feedback from peers Manage projects within budget and timelines Production of designs within Oxygen Learning’s design methodology Desire to enable people to learn Awareness of life goals and alignment of these with the goals and culture of the business Demonstrate interest/experience in personal and professional development 10+ years of experience creating and delivering learning programs for large corporations or relevant business experience with a desire to design training Functional Capabilities Conceptual Thinking Ability to build rapport Deal with pressure of client deadlines Seek to Understand through questioning Stakeholder Management in complex networks Effective Communication and Presentation skills Simplify complex information Proficient use of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Share Point, and Lync Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to be strategic and detail focused Ability to exit gracefully, say no, when warranted; and escalate issues Business acumen - understands how businesses operate and uses that knowledge to help customers and Oxygen succeed NEED TO BE Behavioural capabilities Energetic Team Player Innovative/Creative Thinker Proactive Customer centric Results focused Creative Sparkle Detail oriented
