Judging takes place in the

with carpet mats on the floor,

Dinner will be set in a beautiful
venue with cathedral ceilings
and full of rustic charm. Relax
by the fire or party the night
away with our entertainment.

PGL Adventure Camp is located at 1302 Trentham Road, Kyneton and is set in a picturesque bushland
environment on the outskirts of Kyneton (Central Victoria). The location of the Victorian Trophy Show Weekend is
a contemporary, private venue with ample, well-appointed facilities. There is great bunk style and shared
accommodation in cosy cabins.
There will be indoor/outdoor showing facilities, onsite meals, exhibitor show bags, plus a range of items and
memorabilia for auction and sale over the weekend for all those mad bully enthusiasts. Top off the weekend with
the Trophy Show Dinner, held in a pleasant, rustic setting. Dress code is semi formal.
Packages on Offer
PACKAGE 1 - The WORKS
You won't need a thing. This package covers the WORKS from all of your meals, accommodation, linen as well as
food for your dogs and a show bag of goodies.
Inclusions:
•Accommodation - Friday and Saturday Night (extra night available on request**)
• All Meals
- Dinner on Friday and Saturday night - which includes the Trophy Show Gala Dinner
- Breakfast Saturday and Sunday
- Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
** If you require an extra night accommodation for Sunday 3/5/15 the cost is $45.00 per person per night and will include a basic breakfast
option. This extra night of accommodation must be pre booked.
PACKAGE 2 - The FOOD
For those exhibitors with alternative accommodation arrangements for the weekend but still want to attend the
Trophy Show Dinner and have all your meals catered for. Simply pre purchase a Meal Voucher Book to cover all of
your dining needs. Perfect if you do not want any of the hassle of bringing your own food.
Includes:
• Dinner Friday Night as well as Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
• The Trophy Show Gala Dinner on Saturday night.
TROPHY SHOW DINNER - BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL - if exhibitors do not require food but want to attend the
Trophy Show Gala Dinner you must book and pay for your meal by 1/3/15.
EXHIBITORS ONLY
This is for the Exhibitors or Spectators who will be attending the shows on each day and will not require any meals
or accommodation.
Please note: We are arranging for Food and drinks which may be purchased directly from vendor/facility (at vendors
pricing).
The Rules
There are 3 main rules
1) NO dogs or smoking in the rooms.
2) All dogs must be cleaned up after and cigarette butts removed.
3) Be respectful to all the Camp Guests.
There will be no camping or motor home facilities available.

A copy of the respective Clubs Show Schedules will be sent out to all exhibitors and State Clubs.

Menu
The Venue will be providing full catering for those who have booked the accommodation package and also for
those who have purchased the meal package (no accommodation). Rest assured that any specific dietary requirements
that you may have, will be catered for. Please note that this will need to be indicated on your booking form.
Friday Dinner - consists of Soup of the Day, mains would be a choice of Chicken Korma, Beef or Roasted Vegetable
Lasagne, Sautéed Potatoes, Rice, Corn and Mixed Vegetables and Apple Crumble with Custard for dessert. This will
be available from 5.00pm in order to cater for those exhibitors entered in the Bull Terrier Miniature Championship
Show commencing at 7.00pm that evening.
Saturday Breakfast - consists of a choice of 3 Cereals, Assorted Yoghurts, Toast, Seasonal Fruit, Porridge, Grilled
Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Mushrooms, Vegetable Sausage (v) and Baked Beans from 6.30am to 7.30am which will be
served in the ‘Shearer’s Quarters’.
Saturday Lunch - consists of a homemade soup with a choice of breads, jacket potatoes served with a choice of hot
and cold fillings, a selection of salads and fresh fruit served from 12.00pm to 12.45pm
Saturday Trophy Show Dinner is a 3 course meal which consists of Soup of the Day, 2 selections of Carved Roast
Meats, Roast Vegetables, Belgian Waffles/Toppings or Chocolate Sponge/Custard. A complimentary wine on arrival
as well as coffee/tea at the conclusion of the meal. This will be served at 7.30pm in the Main Dining Hall.
Sunday Breakfast - consists of a choice of 3 Cereals, Assorted Yoghurts, Toast, Seasonal Fruit, Porridge, Grilled
Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Mushrooms, Vegetable Sausage (v) and Baked Beans from 6.30am to 7.30am which will be
served in the "Shearers Quarters".
Sunday Lunch - consists of a Homemade Soup with a choice of Breads, Burger Bar Beef of Spicy Vegetable served
with Tomato Relish and a range of Toppings, a selection of Salads and Fresh Fruit served from 12.00pm to 12.45pm
Sunday Dinner - for those exhibitors who will be staying Sunday Night there will be a courtesy Pizza run from
Kyneton and this will be served in the Function Room.
Monday Breakfast - for those who have elected to stay the extra night there will be complimentary light breakfast
available consisting of Tea, Coffee and Toast prior to check out and served in the Shearers Quarters from .6.30am
to 8.00am
Menu may be subject to changes or variations depending on availability. There will be free tea and coffee making
facilities available in the "Shearer's Quarters" and a Coffee Van will be available to purchase barista coffee's
throughout the day.
Alcohol
The consumption of alcohol is permitted on the premises and will be available for purchase.
Accommodation facilities and how to book a ‘Group Cabin’
At PGL Adventure Camps they currently have a range of cabin set ups and they will also be undertaking some works
to increase their facilities.
As this is shared accommodation we encourage friends to organise a group to fill a room. Requests for specific
facilities will be on a first in basis except for the smaller cabins which we will be reserving for Judges and Exhibitors
with specific requirements or conditions.
The following dormitories are available and if you can arrange enough people to fill a bunk room please nominate a
Group Reference when completing your booking form.
5 x 14 bed bunk style rooms;
2 x 12 bed bunk style rooms;
6 x 10 bed bunk style rooms;
3 x 4 bed bunk style rooms (limited/restricted access)
Paying deposits and Bank account details
A booking form must be completed for all guests and a holding deposit is required for all bookings.
Each guest is required to pay their non-refundable holding deposit by 16/9/14.
If you are booking the Accommodation package your deposit is $50.00
If you are booking the Meal package only your deposit is $25.00.
In order to secure your accommodation and/or meals package there are a number of ways that your holding
deposit can be paid;

Payment plans
We encourage anyone wishing to make ongoing progress payments for accommodation or meals packages to do
so, however please note that final payments for all packages MUST be made by 1/3/15.
When making a progress payment you will need to use your surname as the payment reference and forward a
copy of your receipt number to email: [email protected]
As progress payments are received your payment will be acknowledged by reply email.
Once your full payment has been made a receipt will be issued to you, please retain this as your proof of payment.
Do I need to complete a booking form?
Short answer is yes. Even those members who are attending the facility as exhibitors or spectators will be required
to complete a registration form on the day for insurance purposes. A single booking form per person will be
required and should be returned with payment of the appropriate deposit to
