ALSO NOTHING IS TO BE THROWN OR DISPERSED FROM THE FLOAT OR PARADE VEHICLE. ITEMS CAN BE
HANDED DIRECTLY TO THE PUBLIC BY WALKERS ASSOCIATED WITH MY ENTRY.

INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
The Applicant(s) agree(s) to indemnify, hold harmless and defend any action against the Prince Albert
Exhibition Association, the City of Prince Albert, the Province of Saskatchewan and the Prince Albert Lions
Club from and against all liabilities whatsoever arising out of participation in the Prince Albert Exhibition
Parade.

I DO UNDERSTAND and acknowledge that there are particular hazards and risks which are directly or indirectly related to the 2015
Parade and/or which are either associated with the 2015 Parade and/or are inherent in their nature.
I DO UNDERSTAND and acknowledge that I any sustain personal, bodily injury and may sustain property loss or damage through my
participation in the 2015 Parade.
I DO UNDERSTAND the risks and dangers involved in the 2015 Parade and willing and voluntarily assume them at my own risk.
I DO UNDERSTAND that by signing this agreement I give up my right to sue and I release the Prince Albert Exhibition Association and
all sponsors of the 2015 Parade from any claims, costs, causes of action or personal injuries that may arise out of my involvement in
this activity.
THE TERMS of this agreement shall be binding upon my, my heirs and personal representatives.

NOTHING is to be thrown, dropped or dispersed from any float or parade vehicle.
Items can be handed directly to the public by walkers associated with my entry.
1. Line-up for the Parade will be on 13th St E which will only be accessible from 6th Ave East.
2. Everyone will be assigned a 30 minute window for lining up starting at 5pm. This is for the float only.
Walkers need to be on the float by 6:45pm. Timing is crucial in the line-up. If you miss your time you will be at
the end of the parade. Please watch your E-Mail. Please make sure the email entered can be checked over
the weekend.
3. Horses and Bands will be given different line-up areas and times. Please watch your E-Mail.
4. Parking for extra vehicles and ALL drop-offs will be in the empty lot on the north side of 15th St E. Please
access this area from 15th St E. This is also the place for walkers to be dropped off, where they can walk to
their float on 13th St E.
5. Those entries that come in after the deadline will be at the end of the parade and will NOT be included in
judging for prizes or on the list given to the media.
6. Communications with the organization committee will be done by E-Mail.
7. Only descriptions included with your application will be included for the media.
8. Entries will be accepted right up until parade time, please come prepared to fill out and sign the
application.
9. Parade organizers will do final line up weekend prior to parade so your business/group will not be
contacted until than about line up times and parade placement.
