Fountain Fall Festival Rules for Parade (1) Parade rules for horses: all horse entries must submit a Certificate of Insurance with at least $300,000 bodily injury and $100,000 property damage coverage with entry. (2) All parade entries with marching groups need to remember that the route is about 1.5 miles on hot pavement and in the sun!!!
