News Release MEDIA CONTACT: Kevin Rochlitz 760-774-0477 [email protected] Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors forms NEW Green Resource Committee PALM SPRINGS CALIFORNIA, May 29, 2015 – DaVina Lara CEO and PSRAR Board announced today that the Association has agreed to form, host, and support a focused committee of Realtor Members to make the knowledge of green real estate practices available to everyone in the Coachella Valley and to encourage our industry to produce more sustainable new and existing homes. The CVGRC (Coachella Valley Green Resource Committee) will be made up of a Committee Chair, Kevin Rochlitz (Assistant Team Leader - Keller Williams Realty) and four Sub Committee Chairs focusing on Government Liaison (Joel Starkman – Realtor Keller Williams), Education (Tammy Franklin – Realtor Berkshire Hathaway), Events (Kevin Towner – Realtor Keller Williams), Marketing & Advertising (Sara Swanson – Realtor Paul Kaplan Group Inc.). Each of the Committee members have all received their Green Designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) after taking a three day course sponsored by Build It Green, a membership supported non-profit organization whose mission is to promote healthy, energy and resourceefficient homes in California.
