Home Energy Assistance Program
HEAP, PIPP, Utility and Fuel Fund Programs
These programs are designed to assist low income
households in paying their heating bills in the winter
and summer months. During winter months in addition
to providing help with heating bills, furnace repairs
are allowable. During summer months, fans and air
conditioners are also provided to those with qualifying
medical conditions.

The Pathway Home Energy Assistance Program accepts
only 10 walk-in appointments each day,
beginning at 8:00 AM.
Seniors 60 years of age or older do not need
appointments, and will be seen from 8:00–9:00 AM
Monday–Friday. Limited to the first 10 Seniors.

and close at 5:00 PM.

for ALL zero income
customers.
Medical slips (only required
for Summer Crisis Program).
Pathway reduces poverty
by providing comprehensive
services that create
pathways to self-sufficiency.
