All horses must have an APHA registration certificate if showing in APHA-approved classes. Owners and exhibitors must have a current APHA membership card. Youth and open exhibitors may join APHA at the show prior to exhibiting Novice Amateur and Amateur exhibitors must have a current APHA membership card verified by the show secretary before they may show in a novice amateur, amateur, or amateur W/T. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure work hours/show fee are satisfied. In the event that an individual class has less than (3) entries, PBPHC Awards committee reserves the right to combine awards. Exhibitor must earn a minimum of 10 PBPHC points in their respective class in 2015. Points earned at approved Partner shows will not satisfy this requirement. Exhibitor must show to 6 of 8 PBPHC approved Judges. Approved Partner shows will not satisfy judge requirement. 2015 KICK OFF INCENTIVE: Points earned during the first show of the year will count for DOUBLE CLUB Points! Year End High Point Open Awards: I. Will be awarded to the Open horse that has earned the most points in Open classes. Horse must be eligible for Year-End Awards in a minimum of 1 halter class and a minimum of 3 performance classes. Year End High Point Exhibitor Awards: Will be awarded to eligible horse/rider combinations in all offered divisions excluding Sweepstakes Classes. APHA Eligible horse/rider combinations must be eligible for Year-End Awards in a minimum of 1 halter class and a minimum of 3 performance classes.
