PO Box 380 Fair Play, SC 29643 Please make check payable to: SCFHF Payment is based on the amount of area needed for the exhibit. Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first served basis. Exhibitors must supply their own tents. You may set up your exhibit in any way that does not overflow your designated area or interfere with safe pedestrian movement. There will be no vehicles, trailers or campers permitted on the Fairgrounds or at vendor booths once the Fair opens each day. All booths must be set up and operational no later than one hour prior to fair opening the day(s) you will open. All Exhibitors MUST park in the designated vendor parking area. We must have your application and payment no later than August 15, 2015. The Fair Board reserves the right to sell spaces not occupied by 12 noon on opening day with all fees forfeited by Exhibitor.
