He is the grandson of Aziz Hagighat of Tehran, Iran. The chancel held an arrangement of red gladioli framed by a collar of red ostrich plumes. Music was by pianist Brandon Murphy and vocalists Adrienne Collens and Nicholas Croom. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a Vera Wang fit-and-flare gown with a draped halter-style bodice and a sequin-embellished organza and tulle skirt with a sweep train. She carried a jeweled brooch bouquet. Jonathan Hunter of Little Rock served as the bride’s honor attendant. A former reporter at KATV, Channel 7, the groom is a news reporter at KFMB-TV, Channel 8, in San Diego. After a wedding trip to San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, the couple will make their home in San Diego. He is a writers’ assistant on the television show Killer Women. After a wedding trip to Italy the couple will reside in Los Angeles.
