An Invitation to All Artists
The theme for this exhibit is
food in all its glorious manifestations. Your creation may be
an artistic representation of
cooking, farming, gardening,
chefs, restaurants, wine,
eating, orchards, etc.
The best-in-show prize will be
a basket filled with gift certificates from local restaurants.
Exhibit Calendar
Delivery of entries will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Gallery 119 W. State Street in Pendleton, IN.
Tuesday April 21st - Saturday 25th, All entries must be in by this date. For further information or to make

Times and Dates of Exhibit: Friday, May 1st, Exhibit opens to the public 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Reception is held
from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. People’s choice ward will be presented at approximately 8:30 p.m. All entrants and
their guests are invited to attend the reception on Friday night. The show will end June 20th. The Gallery is
open Tuesday thru Saturdays 11 am to 4 pm. Eligibility
Any Artist eighteen years of age or older or minors with parents written consent
Eligible Works
Paintings, Drawings, Photography, Prints, Mixed Media, Sculpture, Fiber, Metalwork and Ceramics.
Video art is not eligible.
Specifications
Artists may enter a maximum of three works, which were not accepted previously for any exhibit at PAS.
All 2D entries must be properly framed and ready to hang with wire or saw tooth hangers. Paint must be dry.
A single entry may contain no more than four component parts.
No entry may exceed sixty inches in any direction and fifty pounds in weight.
Entries
Members may enter 1 piece for free and $10 each for the next two for a total of three entries. Non Members of
PAS Entry fee is $35.00 for up to three entries. Entry fees may be paid by cash, check or money order Payable
to Pendleton Artists Society.
All artists are encouraged to offer their artwork for sale. Artwork that is not for sale will only be eligible to be
displayed in the exhibit for 2 wks. The Pendleton Artists Society is solely responsible for all sales and will
retain 25% of the selling price of any work sold for members and 40% for non-members.
Awards
Cash prize awarded to People’s Choice - $50.
Return of Artwork
Not for Sale Art will be available for pick up May 19th. Work available for sale may not be removed from the
show until June 20th, 11 am - 4 pm. If you are unable to pick up your work then please contact us at

Release Form
Your artwork will be handled with the utmost care, however we do not insure against loss or damage of the
artwork during the show. Each artist should arrange their own insurance coverage.
Submission of artwork shall be understood to indicate agreement to abide by the rules and the
decision of the submission committee.
Pendleton Artists Society may photograph the artwork and use the images in publications, advertisements,
or promotional materials.
The Pendleton Artists Society is solely responsible for all sales and will retain 25% of the selling price of any
work sold for members and 40% for non-members.
All art for sale will be shown for 45 days. If space allows it may be shown longer at the rate of $1 per day. All
Not for Sale Art will be removed from show in two weeks. P.A.S. retains the right to take it down at any time.
All Members will be asked to volunteer to help with shows.
