Bellevue Sidewalk Sale/“Art in the Streets”
Artist Application
This year’s event will be held July 16, 17 & 18, 2015 the venues will be both inside and outside so a
tent may be needed in case of rain for the outside venue. The cost of a space will be $10 + one item
to put on our Chinese auction table. All spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
Artist must send example of their art with this application for approval.
Art Show and Sale hours are as follows:
Thursday July 16th 10 am till 2 pm
Friday July 17th
10am till 2pm and 6:30 till 8:30
Saturday July 18th 10 am till 2 pm
Rules & Conditions Please read before signing.
 Artists will be given an area. (No tables will be provide. You are responsible for display)
 Artist is responsible for their artwork and is required to have someone to attend their area
while sale is open. Outside displays must be set up and broke down daily.
 Artwork must be displayed in the assigned area for the entire event.
 Art must be setup between 8 am and 9:45 am
 Art must be family-friendly. No nude or lewd artwork,
 No political, campaign or commercial advertising statements, messages, or drawings, No
words or symbols intended as advertising or promotion may appear within the image.
 No stenciling.
 Organizers have the right to remove any inappropriate art or writing as they may deem
necessary.
 Digital photos will be taken by NSCoC and used for publicity purposes.
 No participants under age 16.
 NSCoC will not be held responsible for theft or damage.
 Participants are required to sign a liability waiver, prior to setting up.
 Organizers have the right to modify or add to these rules, as necessary.
 Artists are encouraged to sign their work at the bottom of the image area.
