Strength Basics (SCC East Wing)
These FREE, registered group sessions offer an awesome and welcoming environment. You will learn valuable
strength and conditioning tips on: etiquette, proper lifting techniques, sets, reps and resting periods. Each class
is held in a beginner-friendly environment. With sessions designed for men, women and LGBTQ members,
you’re sure to find the one that’s the right fit for you. Space is limited; participants are encouraged to register
at least 24 hours in advance.
