Olympic Weightlifting
Olympic Weightlifting Level I
This 8-week class is designed for true beginners with little to no previous weight training experience. Participants will learn the basics of weightlifting
starting with the Olympic squat and deadlift and moving to the power snatch and power clean in a progressive manner. By the end of the session,
participants will gain hip and shoulder flexibility along with leg and core strength.

Weight Training for Women
Weight training is essential for strong bones, good posture and healthy body composition. Each session includes a variety of machine weights, free
weights and stretch exercises. By the end of the four-week session, participants will become familiar with reps, sets and be able to determine starting
and working weights.

Fundamentals of Weight Training
Learn to train effectively and safely following appropriate exercise progressions under the supervision of a certified trainer. Participants will be
introduced to a series of fundamental exercises commonly used in training programs such as squats, lunges and rows. Participants will learn how to
create a personalized program using a variety of training methods and be familiarized with most of the equipment in the weight room.

X-Fit Smart – Climb, Slide & Core
Get the most out of your time with this fabulous class! X-Fit Smart - Climb, Slide & Core includes interval training and core/strength work mixed
together. Jump start with a gradual, dynamic warm-up on the turf, then progress to intervals of powerful cardio climbing using lower and upper body
sprints and drills on the Versa Climber. Then, move to the Slide for more cardio and strength combinations. Finally, the workout ends with core
strengthening, stretching and a cool-down. A great mixture that will get you inspired, motivated and in great shape for 2015!
