to stabilize, balance, and free the spine of tension.

Featuring Rebecca Ketchum
A native of Sugar Loaf, Rebecca is thrilled to teach a workshop
at Beyond Barre and reconnect with her roots and family. She
has been teaching movement and body awareness in the form
of dance or yoga for over 15 years. Our bodies/minds/spirits
are an accumulation of past actions, emotions, thoughts, and
experiences. Using the principals of yoga, she helps others
re-pattern themselves from this past conditioning. Through this
mindful practice we can replace our old habits with a healthier
and more peaceful way of being. She teaches at Kula Yoga
Project and Loom Yoga in NYC. Rebecca leads yoga teacher
trainings in NYC and runs workshops and retreats around the
