diverse industries like BPCL, Reckitt Benckiser, Unilever, GE, Microsoft and Sapient.
He has played Sr. leadership roles for over 10 years and worked as a program coach
with ISB, Hyderabad.
• Is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC from ICF) and has other certifications in BEI,
MBTI, FIRO-B, Belbin and Disc. Looked upon as a thought leader in HR, widely
quoted in media, deeply passionate about HR, learning & coaching. Anand has
made the switch from being professionally employed to reinventing himself as an
entrepreneur in 2015.
